Reagan is a dedicated Customer Relations specialist with a passion for building meaningful relationships and providing effective solutions. With a strong foundation in leadership from a young age, she excels at creating a safe and supportive space for tenants while helping them meet their unique needs. Reagan brings energy, wit, and positivity to the office daily, working diligently with her team to achieve shared goals. Her approachable demeanor and problem-solving skills ensure that tenants feel heard and respected, fostering long-lasting and positive connections. 

Originally from Ripley, Tennessee, Reagan moved to Martin in 2020 to attend the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she quickly became immersed in the local community. She earned her degree in Business Administration and became an alumna of Alpha Omicron Pi. Reagan’s commitment to professional growth has led her to pursue a Master of Business Administration, continuing her education to enhance her skills and knowledge in the business world.

Reagan prides herself on being a positive individual who strives to see the good in any situation. She is deeply committed to putting others first, standing up for what’s right, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued. Her dedication to service and community is reflected in her daily work, where she goes above and beyond to support those around her.

Since calling Martin home, Reagan has formed meaningful connections and developed a deep appreciation for the small-town charm. She actively seeks out ways to contribute to the community and build relationships that make a difference. Motivated by this sense of belonging, she works every day to help tenants feel comfortable, valued, and at home, so they too can feel the same sense of love and pride she has for Martin, TN.
