Since 2025, Lauren has served as an Account Specialist at Skyhawk Rentals, playing a key role in reviewing accounts and ensuring tenant satisfaction. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, she fosters a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the office. Lauren is dedicated to building strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs, and providing effective solutions that create a positive living experience. Growing up in Lake County, Tennessee, as the middle child of five, Lauren learned the value of collaboration, communication, and balancing different perspectives. She developed a deep appreciation for the close-knit community of her hometown, where relationships are built on trust and connection. After moving to Martin, Lauren has grown to love the small-town feel of the community, where she feels a strong sense of belonging and connection, similar to her roots. Lauren graduated from Lake County High School in 2022 and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in Marketing at the University of Tennessee at Martin, set to graduate in May 2025. After graduation, Lauren plans to continue her passion for property management and contribute to the ongoing success of Skyhawk Rentals, strengthening relationships with tenants and supporting the company’s growth.
