Lainey has been an Account Specialist at Skyhawk Rentals since 2024, where she plays a key role in reviewing accounts, addressing tenants' concerns, processing payments, and providing a friendly and welcoming presence whenever tenants visit the office. With a lifelong love for her small hometown of Martin, TN, Lainey feels deeply connected to the community she serves. She graduated from Dresden High School in 2017, where she laid the foundation for her strong work ethic and commitment to helping others.

As the oldest sibling in her family, Lainey learned the values of hard work, responsibility, and compassion at an early age. These qualities have shaped both her personal life and professional journey. When she’s not in the office, Lainey enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as indulging in her love for thrift shopping.
