Andrew Bargery serves as the Business Development Manager at Skyhawk Rentals and an Affiliate Broker at Wendell Alexander Realty, where he blends professionalism with a personal touch to help people find their perfect place to call home.

Raised in the close-knit community of Ridgely, Tennessee, Andrew grew up with a strong sense of hard work, community, and connection. These small-town roots instilled in him a passion for building relationships and making a positive impact on those around him. After earning an Associate’s Degree in Health Sciences from Dyersburg State Community College, Andrew went on to graduate from The University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Performance and a minor in Psychology. While his career began in health sciences, he quickly discovered that real estate was his true calling, providing an outlet to connect with people and make a tangible difference in their lives.

Now living in Troy, Tennessee, with his wife, Bayle Bargery, and their two beloved dogs, Henry and Bennett, Andrew approaches each day with energy and purpose. Whether he’s managing business operations, strategizing new growth opportunities, or working with tenants and owners, Andrew’s goal is always the same: to create meaningful experiences and lasting relationships.

At Skyhawk Rentals, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring tenants feel at home while maintaining strong partnerships with property owners. As an Affiliate Broker at Wendell Alexander Realty, Andrew combines his expertise and personable nature to guide clients through the complexities of real estate transactions, making the process as smooth and rewarding as possible.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending quality time with Bayle and their pups, exploring his community, and cherishing the simple joys of life. His story—from the fields of Ridgely to the vibrant real estate market—is a testament to his dedication, drive, and genuine love for helping others find the place they’ll call home.
